5. Subcontractors
The data subjects are informed and accept that AGENCINOX uses subcontractors of their personal data (in particular, for hosting the site, software management of customer files, accounting management, etc.). AGENCINOX has entered into a written contract with each of its subcontractors respecting the obligations of the Computer Act and Freedoms and the GDPR.
Each subcontractor only acts on instructions from AGENCINOX and undertakes to offer the same guarantees of personal data protection. Each subcontractor shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that data processing complies with legal and regulatory requirements. AGENCINOX undertakes to employ only subcontractors:

– having adequate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR.
Otherwise, the transfer of data can only take place in accordance with Article 49 of the GDPR. The list of subcontractors is available to Site Users, Customers and Prospects upon written request.
AGENCINOX undertakes to inform the data subject of the addition or change of subcontractor by e-mail as soon as possible, if this change has a negative impact on the processing of its data. The Customer will make any observations or objections in writing within 15 days of receiving this information. In the absence of a reply from the Person concerned within that time limit, the latter acknowledges that it has so authorised the subcontractor. AGENCINOX shall, where appropriate, provide the Person concerned with any information to establish the subcontractor's compliance with the regulatory requirements.
